To display the reseller's brand on the Papo platform (https://papo.global/), configure the logo, colors, and custom URL directly in the white label reseller panel. Papo replaces the platform's name, visual identity, and domain so that your clients see only your brand.

Element What it does Where to configure
Platform name Appears on login, header, and throughout the interface for clients Reseller panel → brand section
Logo Your brand's image in the top corner and in communications Reseller panel → image upload
Colors Primary and accent colors applied to buttons, menus, and details Reseller panel → color picker
URL / domain Custom address (e.g., app.yourbrand.com.br) Reseller panel → domain field, with DNS validation

How brand customization works

After your white label reseller is approved by Papo, you get access to the reseller panel. In it, the visual identity options allow you to change all the elements that the end client sees.

The configuration is done once and is immediately reflected across the entire platform your clients use — from login to the AI chat. No technical knowledge is required: you do everything through the web interface.

Step-by-step to apply your brand

1. Access the reseller panel

After approval, log in to the reseller panel with your credentials. The brand management area is usually located in the account settings section.

2. Set the platform name

In the corresponding field, type the name that your clients will see at the top of the screen and on the login page. This name replaces any reference to Papo on the clients' screens.

3. Upload the logo

Click the upload area and select an image in PNG or JPG format. The logo appears in the platform header and in some automated emails. Use an image with a clean background and square proportion for a better fit. Save after uploading.

4. Choose the colors

In the color picker, set the primary color (used in buttons and headers) and the accent color (for links and interactive elements). The platform automatically applies these tones throughout the interface, ensuring visual consistency.

5. Configure the custom URL (optional but recommended)

For your clients to access the platform through your own domain (e.g., app.yourbrand.com.br), enter the desired address in the URL field. Activation depends on DNS validation — you can find the complete step-by-step in the article about domain and SSL.

6. Save and verify

After saving, access the platform with a test client's credentials to check if the name, logo, and colors appear correctly.

Who should configure the brand

  • White label resellers who want to maintain their own visual identity without mentioning Papo.
  • Marketing agencies that resell the solution as part of their own portfolio.
  • Software houses and consultancies that deliver the tool with their business's brand.
  • Franchises and networks that standardize service with the network's identity.

Frequently asked questions

Does the logo have a minimum size or required proportion?

The platform accepts PNG and JPG formats. For a better fit, a square image with a clean background is recommended. The exact dimensions can be checked on the upload screen itself.

Can I change the colors after the first configuration?

Yes. The color picker is available and can be adjusted at any time, with immediate application.

How long does it take for the custom URL to become active?

The custom URL is activated after DNS validation, which can take from a few hours to 48 hours, depending on record propagation. The domain configuration process is detailed in the specific guide.

Will my clients see the Papo Global brand?

No. The final experience carries your name, your logo, your colors, and your domain. The Papo brand does not appear in the interface that the reseller's client uses.

Do I need approval to change the brand?

The white label reseller goes through an initial review by Papo. Once approved, you can configure and change the brand elements freely through the panel.

Do the defined colors also affect the chat window?

Yes. The primary and accent colors are applied throughout the platform interface, including the chat conversation area, buttons, and menus.
