Everything About Mass Messaging

All sending is done through this link https://papo.global/minha-conta/envios/ Access Mass messaging is available only to Gold Plan users, through a specific link provided by the Papo Global team. This feature is in beta and may change as we evolve the platform. What Is the Mass Messaging System? Mass messaging lets you send WhatsApp messages to multiple contacts registered in the Papo Global CRM, as long as they have agreed to receive messages from your business (opt-in). It is useful for: - Kicking off campaigns with contacts who have opted in - Re-engagement actions - Important notices or invitations Attention: It is a powerful tool, but it must be used responsibly: send only to contacts who opted in, respect sending intervals and WhatsApp's rules, or your number may be blocked by WhatsApp. Sending Settings 1. Chat Inbox ID Choose the inbox (WhatsApp ID) registered in the CRM. Example: 168 - 1whatsapp2 2. Messages per Minute Sets the sending speed. We recommend keeping moderate values (e.g. 15) and respecting intervals between sends. 3. Wait Between Messages Sets the interval between one batch and the next. Recommended example: 180 seconds. 4. Total Contacts to Send To Total number of contacts who will receive the message. These contacts must be registered in the CRM; you cannot send to external contacts. 5. Quantity per Batch How many contacts receive the message in each batch. Example: send to 10 contacts every 3 minutes. 6. Message Field where you write your message. Example: Hi, how are you? Who am I speaking with on this number? About Contacts and Importing - The contacts used in the campaign are the contacts imported into the CRM. - Import only contacts who have authorized you to message them (opt-in). - Make sure the numbers are correct, with area code and country code (if needed). - You can create segments in the CRM before sending. Mandatory Confirmations Before starting the send, you must tick the responsibility confirmations: - I know my WhatsApp account may be suspended for sending spam - I will not send to lists bought on the Internet - I will not send spam or offensive content - I know all messages will remain in the CRM Inbox - I know all CRM contacts will be used to send the messages - Sending is only available on the GOLD plan These confirmations ensure you understand the risks and limitations of the tool. Sending History At the bottom of the screen you will find the sending history, with details such as: - Date and time - Inbox used - Total contacts - Messages per minute - Wait time between messages - Message content This table helps you monitor performance and spot possible issues. About the Official API If you want maximum security, you can use the official WhatsApp API (Meta) integrated with the CRM. Even so, this option also requires care with the API limits and with the quality of your messages and lists, and business-initiated messages must use approved templates. If your inbox is connected through an unofficial WhatsApp API (QR Code), keep in mind that it is not provided by Meta, violates WhatsApp's terms, and the number may be blocked; for your main operation, use the official API. Important Note: Beta Version This tool is in beta and will become a separate platform in the future, with more features, security and control. Best Practices for Responsible Sending - Send only to contacts who opted in to receive your messages - Never buy lists - Send personalized messages (e.g. the contact's name) - Avoid suspicious links - Respect sending intervals (180s is ideal for high volume) - On the official API, use approved message templates - Monitor replies in the CRM Inbox Start free on Papo Global โ†’ First user $0, no credit card. New Email Marketing Statistics in Papo Global

youtube This article details the new features and improvements introduced in Papo Global's Email Marketing system, focusing on the advanced statistics that help users optimize their email campaigns. Overview of the New Statistics Papo Global has improved its Email Marketing module, providing more detailed metrics and analysis tools to help users better understand how their email campaigns and sequences are performing. Accessing Email Marketing To open the Email Marketing module, go to the left sidebar and select the "Email Marketing" option. Detailed Metrics in the Overview On the "Overview" screen, in addition to the existing metrics, such as number of emails sent, average open rate, average click rate and reply rate, you can now see a key new metric: - Best Time to Send: A grid-style visual that shows the best times and days of the week to send emails, based on open data. Darker cells indicate the times with the highest open rate. When you click a specific cell, the system shows the open rate for that period. For example, the weekend may show significantly higher open rates, pointing to an ideal moment to schedule campaigns. One-Shot Campaign and Sequence Analysis Below the daily activity chart, there are two important sections: - One-Shot Campaigns: Shows statistics for single campaigns, including the total sent and the average open rate. - Sequences: Lists the best-performing email sequences, showing the number of emails sent and the average open rate for each one. Per-Sequence Breakdown When you click a specific sequence, you get a detailed report: - Daily Activity Chart: Shows activity over the last few days, with information on emails sent, opened, clicked, replied and bounced. - Stats by Step: A table that details the performance of each email in the sequence, including: - Subject: The email's subject line. - Delay: The delay between emails. - In delay: Number of emails currently waiting in the delay. - Sent: Number of emails sent. - Opens: Number and percentage of opens. - Clicks: Number and percentage of clicks. - CTOR (Click to Open Rate): Clicks as a share of opens. - Unsub rate: Unsubscribe rate. - Bounce rate: Rate of rejected emails. - Segment Audience: A powerful feature that lets you generate a segmented audience based on specific interactions with the campaign. For example, you can build a list of people who opened a specific email but did not click, or of people who replied, failed, or whose emails bounced. This lets you create highly targeted follow-up campaigns. Managing Campaigns and Sequences Inside the sequences module, you can: - Pause, Archive, Duplicate and Edit campaigns and sequences. - See the status (Active, Paused, etc.) and the overall performance of each item. Conclusion and Takeaways Papo Global's new Email Marketing statistics give you an in-depth view of campaign performance, enabling smarter and more effective optimization. Key takeaways: - Timing Optimization: The "Best Time to Send" feature lets you schedule emails for the times with the most opens, increasing the chance of engagement. - Detailed Per-Email Analysis: The "Stats by Step" report provides individual metrics for each email in a sequence, making it easier to identify strengths and weaknesses. - Advanced Segmentation: Segmenting your audience based on campaign interactions (opens, clicks, replies, failures) lets you build more personalized and effective communication strategies, making lead generation more accurate. - Easy Management: The pause, archive, duplicate and edit options give you flexibility in managing your campaigns. These tools are designed to make lead prospecting through email marketing more accurate. Start free on Papo Global โ†’ First user $0, no credit card. Learn more at papo.global.
